粮食、油料种籽在田间收获(此时称收获成熟,又称技术成熟)后,需经过一段时间才能继续完成种籽内部的生理变化,达到生理上的完全成熟。这种从收获成熟到生理成熟变化的过程就叫种籽的后熟作用。未完成后熟作用的种籽,呼吸旺盛,耐储性差,发芽率低甚至根本不发芽,加工出品率低,食用品质差。
Grain, oilseed harvest in the field (at this moment called ripening, also known as technology maturity), it takes some time to continue to complete the physiological changes within the seed to achieve the physiological full maturity. This process of harvesting from maturity to physiological maturity is called seed ripening. Unfinished after ripening of the seeds, strong respiratory, poor resistance to storage, low germination rate or even no germination, processing low yield, poor quality of food.
