杂交瘤技术的建立为肿瘤抗原的研究提供了新的有力手段,使得由复杂的肿瘤抗原系统巾鉴定单一抗原成为可能。胃癌的死亡率居我国各种肿瘤的首位,危害最大。以杂交瘤技术研究胃癌抗原有可能为胃癌的防治提供新的途径。 MGC 803系山东师范学院生物系由一低分化胃癌患者手术标本建立的胃癌细胞系。以MGC 803免疫Balb/C小鼠,末次免疫后第三天,取共脾细胞与小鼠骨髓瘤细胞系NS-1在PEG(MW 1000)作用下进行融合,融合后的细胞悬浮于HAT培养液,并接种于24孔(Costar)组织培养板
The establishment of hybridoma technology has provided new powerful means for the study of tumor antigens, making it possible to identify single antigens from a complex tumor antigen system towel.
