急性中毒并发急性肾功能衰竭时,病情往往变得十分复杂和严重,诊断和处理是否及时与恰当是抢救成功与否的关键。我们在内科治疗基础上采用了透析方法,取得了比较满意的效果。现将我科自1982年10月至1996年6月收治的37例中毒性急性肾功能衰竭的抢救体会分析报告如下。 1 临床资料 Acute poisoning complicated by acute renal failure, the disease often becomes very complicated and serious, diagnosis and treatment is timely and appropriate is the key to the success of the rescue.
