电力企业对电力基建项目管理相当重视,设立专门机构,配备专职人员,健全管理制度,规范工作流程,在工程管理上取得了显著的成效。但是,在电力基建项目结算管理上投入的力量不足,存在不少薄弱环节,主要表现在少数建设单位对电力基建项目结算管理的重要性认识不高,合同管理、现场签证、工程结算等工作不够规范。
Power companies attach great importance to the management of power infrastructure projects, set up specialized agencies, with full-time staff, improve the management system, standardize the work flow, and achieved remarkable results in project management. However, there are not enough weaknesses in the settlement management of power infrastructure projects, which are mainly manifested in the fact that a few construction units do not have much understanding of the importance of settlement management of power infrastructure projects, and the work on contract management, on-site visas and settlement of projects is not enough specification.
