目的探讨性染色体异常与男性生育异常的关系。方法对1335例无精子、少弱精子、小睾丸或配偶有不良孕产史的男性患者进行外周血淋巴细胞培养-G显带-染色体核型分析,并收集临床资料。结果一共发现性染色体异常患者108例,其中性染色体数目异常40例,占37.04%,Y染色体结构异常3例,占2.78%,Y染色体多态性变异65例,占60.18%。结论性染色体异常是导致男性生殖力低下的重要原因之一,对男性生育异常患者进行染色体检查可为临床诊断和优生优育提供依据。
Objective To explore the relationship between sex chromosome abnormalities and male fertility abnormalities. Methods A total of 1335 male patients with or without sperm, small testis, or spouse with unwanted pregnancy history were enrolled in this study. Peripheral blood lymphocytes were cultured-G-banding-karyotype analysis and clinical data were collected. Results A total of 108 patients with abnormal sex chromosomes were found. There were 40 cases with abnormal chromosome number (37.04%), 3 cases with Y chromosome abnormality (2.78%) and 65 cases with Y chromosome polymorphism (60.18%). Conclusions Sexual chromosomal abnormality is one of the most important causes of male infertility. Chromosome examination in male patients with abnormal fertility may provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and prenatal and postnatal care.
