伴随着互联网交易的迅猛发展,网络营销诚信缺失现象严重,造成网络营销交易成功率低,从而导致社会交易的总成本提高,阻碍了网络营销的正常发展。在现代法制环境下必须矫治网络营销信用缺失,进行完善的网络营销诚信建设,实现网络营销发展的优化。网络营销诚信的缺失除有其产生的市场经济的运营机制、竞争机制、价格机制不完善、失信机会成本低背景外,法律法规约束乏力也是其产生的重要根源。
