肺癌发病率近年来明显上升,但以骨转移为首发症状的肺癌报道不多。本科自1994年5月～1995年12月先后收治的11例以骨转移为首发症状的肺癌病例,现报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 11例中男8例,女3例,年龄32～70岁,平均49.9岁,其中50岁以下6例占54.5％。 1.2 首发症状 均表现为受累骨的局部疼痛及功能障碍,其中胸背痛4例,腰背痛4例,肋间痛1例,肩关节痛1例,髋关节疼痛1例。入院时即有截瘫者2例。
The incidence of lung cancer has risen significantly in recent years, but there have been few reports of lung cancer with bone metastases as the first symptom. Among the 11 cases of lung cancers with bone metastases as the first symptom, the following cases have been reported since May 1994 to December 1995. 1 clinical data 1.1 General Information 11 cases of 8 males and 3 females, aged 32 to 70 years, an average of 49.9 years, of which 60% of patients under 50 accounted for 54.5%. 1.2 The first symptoms were all manifested as localized pain and dysfunction in affected bones, including 4 cases of chest and back pain, 4 cases of low back pain, 1 case of intercostal pain, 1 case of shoulder joint pain, and 1 case of hip joint pain. At the time of admission, there were 2 cases of paraplegia.
