本文分析了目前城市地下空间挡水设防研究现状及存在的主要问题,阐述城市地下空间挡水设防体系概念的基础上,提出地下空间安全防汛高程、基本挡水高程的概念和定义,并给出了各自的适用对象及计算方法。文章以上海市区新昌平排水系统服务范围地下空间为对象,对暴雨期间区域积水高程进行计算分析,计算成果与实际比较相符,通过计算确定的各级挡水设防高程比较合理。
