目前,由于银汞合金在口腔科仍大量使用,汞的污染必然涉及医生、护士和病人的健康,因此国外已开始用镓替代汞的研究,近来我们也做了这方面的探索。实验结果:镓银合金的早期抗压强度245.60±50.38Mpa;压缩蠕变值0.0320±0.0045%;固化24h后的抗压强度327.40±32.53Mpa;硬化期间(24h)尺寸变化率0.14±0.00%;急性毒性试验结果,LD507500mg/kg,由此说明镓有可能替代汞作为牙体缺损的充填材料。
Currently, as amalgam is still widely used in dentistry, the pollution of mercury inevitably involves the health of doctors, nurses and patients. Therefore, foreign countries have started to study the substitution of mercury for gallium, and we have also done some research in this area recently.
