近十几年来,国内外对稀土元素在钢中的应用研究十分活跃,并取得了一系列显著的成果。但是迄今为止,这些成果大都集中在净化钢液,改变第二相的性质、大小、分布状态及提高钢的塑性、韧性等方面,而稀土对于高碳钢淬火亚结构的影响报导甚少。本文拟就T11钢中加入一定量RE、V、Nb和Ti,考察其对高碳钢淬火亚结构的影响。
In recent ten years, the application of rare earth elements in steel has been very active at home and abroad, and a series of remarkable achievements have been made. So far, however, most of these achievements have focused on the purification of molten steel, the change of the nature, size and distribution of the second phase and the improvement of the ductility and ductility of the steel, while the influence of rare earth on the quenched sub-structure of high carbon steel is poorly understood. This paper intends to T11 steel by adding a certain amount of RE, V, Nb and Ti, to examine the high carbon steel quenched sub-structure.
