研究了尖晶石的加入量对分别使用水泥结合和溶胶结合的Al_2O_3-Si C-C质铁沟浇注料性能的影响。C的来源是石墨,加入量为2%和4%。尖晶石的加入量为5%和10%。对两种结合体系来说,随着石墨加入量的增加,经不同温度处理后的致密度和强度都降低。尖晶石加入量的增加可以提高材料的抗侵蚀性。氧化钙、氧化硅和氧化铁是高炉渣中主要的渗透和侵蚀成分。
The effects of the amount of spinel on the properties of Al 2 O 3 -SiC-C iron trough castable using cement-bound and sol-bonded respectively were studied. The source of C is graphite, added in amounts of 2% and 4%. Spinel added in 5% and 10%. For both combinations, the densities and intensities decreased with increasing temperature. The addition of spinel increases the erosion resistance of the material. Calcium oxide, silicon oxide and iron oxide are the main components of infiltration and erosion in blast furnace slag.
