班主任是学校开展基层德育工作的重要实施者,他们的工作成效在校内外都得到人们的重点关注。班主任既要忙于学科教学工作,又要承担班级管理任务,他们是校园里非常辛苦的群体之一,但他们自身发展的内在需求却鲜有人提及。因此,学校管理者必须调动班主任的工作热情,着力调整针对班主任的管理策略:增强“情治”的影响力,彰显“人本”的自由度,提振“立业”的向上心。
The head teacher is an important implementer of the school’s grassroots moral education work, and their work effectiveness has attracted people’s attention both inside and outside the school. The head teacher is not only busy with subject teaching but also is responsible for class management tasks. They are one of the very hard-working groups on campus, but there is little mention of their own internal development needs. Therefore, school administrators must mobilize the work enthusiasm of the head teacher and focus on adjusting the management tactics for the head teacher: to enhance the influence of “situation management”, to demonstrate the freedom of “humanism,” and to boost “professionalism”.
