2015年12月31日教育部印发了新的《普通高等学校图书馆规程》,新规程是在高校图书馆新的理念、手段和模式环境下对2002年的旧规程进行了修改。本文通过学习新规程,并将新旧规程,高校规程与公共图书馆法进行对比,希望通过学习能加深理解新规程的精神,对做好高校图书馆本职工作有所帮助。 On December 31, 2015, the Ministry of Education issued a new “Ordinary University Library Regulations”. The new regulation is to amend the old regulations in 2002 under the new ideas, methods and models of the university library. By studying the new rules and contrasting the new and old rules and the regulations of colleges and universities with the public library law, I hope that through the study we can deepen the understanding of the spirit of the new rules and help to do well the work of the university library.
