应用型院校青年教师基本素质的研究

应用型独立院校介于学术型大学和职业技术高校之间,其人才培养目标是为地方经济社会发展需要而培养的应用型高素质本科人才,这对青年教师的基本素质提出了特殊要求.根据应用型独立院校办学定位的“地方性、应用型”特点,从教师职业道德、专业基础知识、应用能力和服务能力及创新能力四个方面,对应用型独立院校青年教师的基本素质进行了初步分析.
