采用透镜电镜技术对小麦 ( Triticum aestivum)小孢子发生过程进行了超微结构观察。造孢细胞时期 ,细胞质中含有丰富的核糖体、质体和线粒体。在小孢子母细胞减数分裂过程中 ,有核糖体数量存在逐渐减少的现象 ,质体和线粒体结构在双线期 /终变期和中期 趋于简化 ;二分体时期 ,质体和线粒体形态结构基本恢复正常。结果表明 ,小麦小孢子母细胞减数分裂过程中存在质体和线粒体的脱分化与再分化过程 ,但该过程与核糖体数量增减无关。讨论了植物孢子体向配子体世代转变过程中的信息转换方式。
The microscopic observation of microsporogenesis of wheat (Triticum aestivum) was carried out by using lens electron microscopy. During the period of sporogenous cells, the cytoplasm is rich in ribosomes, plastids and mitochondria. During the meiosis of microspore mother cells, the number of ribosomes decreased gradually. The structure of plastids and mitochondria tended to be simplified in the two-line / final and middle stages. During the dioecitic period, the plastid and mitochondrial morphology The structure basically returned to normal. The results showed that plastid and mitochondria dedifferentiation and re-differentiation process existed in the process of meiosis of wheat microspore mother cells, but this process had no relation with the number of ribosomes. Discussed the transformation of plant sporophyte to gametophyte during transformation.
