本文运用问卷及统计的方法将高职英语教师与学生对动机策略的重视程度进行对比,进一步归纳教师与学生对动机策略使用感知的差异。研究结果表明,学生与教师在对动机策略的重视程度与使用感知上都存在差异,教师根据学生的需求使用动机策略能更好的激发学生学习英语的动机。
This paper uses questionnaires and statistical methods to compare the emphasis of vocational college English teachers and students on the motivation strategies, and further summarizes the differences in perceptions of motivation strategies between teachers and students. The results show that there are differences between students and teachers in the emphasis on motivation strategies and perception of using them. Teachers ’motivation strategies based on students’ needs can better motivate students to learn English.
