针对国内某油气管道存在的阴极保护干扰问题现状,开展检测分析并确定其阴极保护干扰特点。依据埋地管道参数和阴极保护系统工作参数,完成了对应的干扰现场数值模拟分析,结果表明:现场检测数据不能全面反映干扰电位的分布规律,现场检测阴极保护干扰时,必须采用密间隔电位测量技术(Close Interval Potential Survey,CIPS),必要时借助数值模拟技术辅助分析。为了预先了解对应治理方案的治理效果,利用数值模拟技术对治理方案进行预评估,结果显示治理方案可以消除该处管道的阴极保护干扰影响,同时对治理方案的合理性进行了讨论。借助数值模拟技术对管道阴极保护干扰进行分析的做法,可以为解决类似工程问题提供借鉴。
Aiming at the current situation of cathode protection interference existing in a certain oil and gas pipe in China, the paper analyzes and determines the characteristics of its cathodic protection. According to the parameters of buried pipeline and the parameters of cathodic protection system, the corresponding numerical simulation analysis of interference field is completed. The results show that the on-site detection data can not fully reflect the distribution of interference potential. When detecting cathodic protection interference on site, Technology (Close Interval Potential Survey, CIPS), if necessary, assisted by numerical simulation techniques. In order to know the governance effect of the corresponding treatment plan in advance, numerical simulation technology is used to evaluate the treatment plan. The results show that the management plan can eliminate the influence of the cathode protection disturbance of the pipeline and discuss the rationality of the management plan. The analysis of pipeline cathodic protection interference by means of numerical simulation technology can provide reference for solving similar engineering problems.
