国企干部是国有企业的核心竞争力,国企干部的选拔任用关系到国有企业在市场竞争中的生存与发展,关系到国企改革的兴衰成败。本文围绕新常态下国有企业干部选拔任用存在的不足以及对一些具体问题的看法和建议,对国有企业干部选拔任用工作进行了较为深入的思考。
The state-owned enterprises’ cadres are the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises. The selection and appointment of state-owned enterprises cadres are related to the survival and development of state-owned enterprises in the market competition and the rise and fall of state-owned enterprise reform. This paper focuses on the existing problems of the selection and appointment of state-owned enterprises in the new normal and the opinions and suggestions on some specific issues, and makes a deep reflection on the selection and appointment of state-owned enterprises.
