目的探讨基层医院消毒供应室流程再造实施方法及效果。方法通过学习培训,完善设备设施,评估原作业流程,制定并实施科学、规范、标准化的作业新流程。结果流程再造后清洗合格率由流程再造前的92.0%提高至98.7%,包装合格率由流程再造前90.0%提高至98.0%,临床相关科室对消毒供应室的工作满意度由流程再造前的85.0%提高至97.0%,工作效率也明显提高,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应室通过实施流程再造,打破原有管理的惯性思维,提高了工作质量、工作效率,提升了工作满意度,增强了团队合作精神。
Objective To explore the method and effect of rebuilding the disinfection supply room in primary hospitals. Methods By learning and training, improving equipment and facilities, assessing the original work flow, and formulating and implementing new work processes that are scientific, standardized and standardized. Results After the rebuild process, the cleaning pass rate increased from 92.0% before the process reengineering to 98.7% and the packaging pass rate increased from 90.0% before the process reengineering to 98.0%. The satisfaction of the clinical departments with respect to the disinfection and supply room was 85.0% % Increase to 97.0%, work efficiency also significantly improved, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Disinfection supply room through the implementation of process reengineering, breaking the inertia of the original management thinking, improve the quality of work, work efficiency, enhance job satisfaction, and enhance team spirit.
