长篇小说《宠儿》的作者是黑人女作家托妮·莫里森,这位优秀的作家是在美国文学史上首位荣获诺贝尔文学奖的黑人女作家。莫里森的作品始终都以种族斗争和黑人女性法律意识为核心主题。小说《宠儿》的成功创作使莫里森荣获了普利策文学奖。这部小说以美国内战前的黑人奴隶制度下的历史为背景,深刻地揭露了处于性别歧视和种族压迫的制度下黑人女性生活的艰辛和凄惨,黑人女性在生活上备受煎熬,在精神上饱受折磨,深度地反映了女性自我意识的丧失,在这种状态下,女性逐渐从与自然、社会的紧密关联中摸索到了自身的地位,而女权法律意识也慢慢复苏。本文在生态女权理论的视角下,对《宠儿》中黑人女性与自然的密切联系进行分析,探讨黑人女性女权法律意识的复苏发展过程。
The novel “Beloved” is written by Toni Morrison, a black woman writer who was the first black woman writer in the history of American literature to win the Nobel Prize for Literature.
