研究了以焦化蜡油做催化裂化原料在ZCM - 7催化剂上反应时的裂化性能和产率分布 ,考察了焦化蜡油中碱氮的质量分数和反应温度对催化裂化反应的影响 .结果表明 :以焦化蜡油做裂解原料时 ,汽油收率低 ,焦炭产量高 ;提高反应温度可以降低碱氮使催化剂活性中毒的影响 ,从而改善产品分布 ;工业中若采用柴油生产方案 ,则存在一个最佳操作温度 .
The cracking performance and yield distribution of the catalytic cracking of coking wax oil on ZCM - 7 catalyst were investigated. The effects of the mass fraction of basic nitrogen and the reaction temperature on the catalytic cracking reaction were investigated. The results showed that: When coking wax oil is used as cracking raw material, the gasoline yield is low and the coke yield is high. Increasing the reaction temperature can reduce the influence of the alkali nitrogen to the active poisoning of the catalyst so as to improve the product distribution. If the diesel oil production scheme is adopted in industry, there is an optimum Operating temperature.
