某厂转炉铜渣中铜含量较高,约为6.11%,其中大部分为单质铜和硫化铜。铜矿物与主要的脉石矿物铁橄榄石嵌布关系复杂,嵌布粒度粗细不均。为了回收铜渣中的铜,对选铜工艺进行了研究。结果表明:在-0.074 mm含量90%,pH=6,硫化钠用量200g/t,丁基黄药用量120g/t,2#油用量120g/t的条件下,采用2粗3精1扫,中矿顺序返回的流程,可以得到品位36.5%,回收率69.5%的铜精矿。
