目的观察生肌玉红胶原的抗炎作用并探查其可能的作用机制。方法采用小鼠耳肿胀实验、大鼠蹊部肉芽组织增生实验、小鼠耳廓微循环与腹部毛细血管通透实验评价生肌玉红胶原的抗炎功效,采用大鼠感染性创面测定创面白细胞总数及炎症因子以探查其抗炎机制。结果生肌玉红胶原明显抑制耳肿胀及肉芽组织增生,同时改善耳廓微循环及减轻毛细血管通透性,与空白对照组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01),其中生肌玉红胶原高剂量组、中剂量组功效稍好于低剂量组;生肌玉红胶原显著抑制创面白细胞浸润,与胶原组与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),创面炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α含量在造模后3至15天均显著低于对照组与胶原组(P<0.01)。结论生肌玉红胶原具有显著的抗炎、改善微循环作用,机制与减少慢性创面炎细胞浸润与炎症因子分泌相关。
Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of myogenic jade red collagen and explore its possible mechanism. Methods Ear swelling test in mice, granulation tissue hyperplasia in rat groin, microcirculation in ear and microcirculation in abdomen were used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory efficacy of jade collagen. The total number of wound WBC And inflammatory factors to explore its anti-inflammatory mechanism. Results Myogenic jade red collagen significantly inhibited ear swelling and granulation tissue proliferation, while improving auricle microcirculation and reduce capillary permeability, compared with the control group was significantly different (P <0.01), including myogenic jade red collagen The efficacy of high-dose group and middle-dose group was slightly better than that of low-dose group. Myogenic jade red collagen significantly inhibited leukocyte infiltration, which was significantly different from that of collagen group and control group (P <0.05) , TNF-αcontent was significantly lower in the control group and the collagen group from 3 to 15 days after modeling (P <0.01). Conclusion Myogenic jade red collagen has significant anti-inflammatory and microcirculation effects. The mechanism is related to the reduction of infiltration of chronic wound inflammatory cells and secretion of inflammatory cytokines.
