本文叙述了采用高效液相色谱法以甲醇∶水(60∶40)为流动相,C18柱和紫外检测器同柱分离测定混剂中的甲霜灵和烯酰吗啉。结果表明,甲霜灵、烯酰吗啉的标准偏差分别为0.0363、0.0789;变异系数分别为0.4526%、0.3586%;平均回收率分别为99.70%、99.70%,线性相关系数分别为r甲霜灵=0.9997、r烯酰吗啉=0.9994。
This article describes the use of high performance liquid chromatography with methanol: water (60:40) as the mobile phase, C18 column and UV detector with column separation was measured mixture of metalaxyl and dimethomorph. The results showed that the standard deviations of metalaxyl and dimethomorph were 0.0363,0.0789 respectively; the coefficients of variation were 0.4526% and 0.3586% respectively; the average recoveries were 99.70% and 99.70% respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were = 0.9997, r dimethomorph = 0.9994.
