本试验探讨雄性不育二系杂交种豫芝9号生长动态优势,以双亲和豫芝4号为对照,用Logistic生长方程描述其器官生长及干物质积累等10个性状的增长过程。比较结果表明,豫芝9号生长发育过程具有前快后缓有效生长量大的特点。前期持续时间短,前、中期各器官生长及干物质合成速率快,形态建成早。各器官干重的GR_1、GR_2和GR_g与产量显著正相关。生长后期即灌浆成熟期持续时间长,根系与生殖器官干物质积累快,相应GR_3、GR_r与产量显著正相关。相反器官生长量及营养器官干重增长明显低于对照和双亲,均有利于产量形成。芝麻杂交种这种生长动态优势是其高产适应性强的本质。
In this study, the growth dynamics of male sterile line Yuzhi 9 was investigated. Using parents and Yuzhi 4 as control, Logistic growth equation was used to describe the growth process of 10 traits including organ growth and dry matter accumulation. The results showed that the growth and development of Yuzhi No. 9 had the characteristics of large effective growth rate. Short duration of early prophase, mid-term organ growth and dry matter synthesis rate, form early. GR_1, GR_2 and GR_g of dry weight of all organs were positively correlated with yield. In the late growth stage, the duration of filling and maturity was long, and the accumulation of dry matter in root and reproductive organs was fast, and the corresponding GR_3 and GR_r were significantly and positively correlated with the yield. In contrast, organ growth and vegetative organs dry weight growth was significantly lower than the control and parents, are conducive to yield formation. This dynamic growth of sesame hybrids is the essence of its high yield and adaptability.
