以无机盐为原料 ,利用高分子网络凝胶法在常压 (1 0 1 3 2 5kPa)和较低温度 (5 5 0℃ )条件下合成出Ce0 5Zr0 5O2 超细粉 ,并用XRD粉末衍射、TEM透射电镜和FT IR红外光谱对所得产物的晶相和微观形貌进行表征。结果表明 ,所得超细粉体为单一立方相固溶体且结晶良好 ,粉体平均粒径约为9 5nm ,无明显硬团聚。
Using inorganic salt as raw material, Ce0 5Zr0 5O2 ultrafine powder was synthesized by polymer network gel method under normal pressure (1 0 1 3 2 5kPa) and low temperature (5 5 0 ℃). The powder was characterized by XRD, TEM and FT-IR spectra were used to characterize the crystalline phase and the morphology of the product. The results show that the obtained ultrafine powder is a single cubic solid solution and the crystal is well crystallized. The average particle size of the powder is about 95 nm with no obvious hard agglomeration.
