近期国家发改委出台了多个电力体制改革配套文件,新一轮电力体制改革到了具体操作阶段。电力交易机制改革有利于市场规范运行与公平竞争,售电侧改革激发供电企业进行服务创新,提升用户体验。电网企业将面临市场、人才、客户流失的风险,市场竞争越来越激烈。原来的营销风险管控体系仅限于规避业务本身风险,已经不适应新形势下的需求。文章对电力营销进行简要的介绍,进一步提出电力营销管理中存在的问题,从而提出合理的解决措施,以不断加强电力营销管理。
Recently, the NDRC issued a number of supporting documents on the reform of the electric power system. The new round of electric power system reform has reached a specific stage of operation. The reform of power trading mechanism is conducive to market standardization and fair competition. The power supply side reform stimulates power supply enterprises to innovate services and enhance user experience. Power grid enterprises will face the risk of market, personnel, loss of customers, market competition more and more intense. The original marketing risk management and control system is limited to avoiding the risk of the business itself, has not adapted to the needs of the new situation. The article briefly introduces the electricity marketing and further puts forward the problems in the electricity marketing management so as to put forward the reasonable measures to solve it so as to constantly strengthen the power marketing management.
