辅助锅炉作为甲醇装置不可或缺的一套系统,它不仅为装置提供开工蒸汽,而且正常生产时也要提供中压蒸汽,它的运行直接影响到甲醇装置的产量和负荷。结合近6年辅助锅炉运行和维护的情况,其原BMS控制系统设计的弊端日益突出,根据中海石油建滔化工有限公司甲醇一期所使用辅助锅炉的安全设计原理和技术要求,以及系统使用过程中的缺陷,将BMS“故障安全型”的西门子PLC系统改造成为更为稳定的“控制安全型”Tricon控制系统,彻底解决辅助锅炉开车和正常运行时面对的各种难题。
Auxiliary boilers, as an indispensable system for methanol plants, not only provide steam for the plant, but also provide medium-pressure steam for normal operation. Combining with the operation and maintenance of the auxiliary boiler in the recent 6 years, the disadvantages of the design of the original BMS control system have become increasingly prominent. According to the safety design principles and technical requirements of the auxiliary boiler used by Methanol Phase I of CNOOC Kingboard Chemical Co., Ltd., and the system usage process , The transformation of the BMS “fail-safe” Siemens PLC system into a more stable “control-safety” Tricon control system completely solves the various challenges that auxiliary boilers face when driving and operating.
