目的 观察肺吸入胰岛素气雾剂对糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响。方法 用四氧嘧啶静脉注射诱导糖尿病大鼠模型,以甘氨胆酸钠及甘珀酸钠为吸收促进剂,分别制成肺吸入胰岛素气雾剂,糖尿病大鼠气管插管后用药,测定血糖。结果 糖尿病大鼠模型为低胰岛素分泌型。甘氨胆酸钠作吸收促进剂的气雾剂组在给药后15min起效,30min血糖下降百分数达峰值;甘珀酸钠为吸收促进剂的气雾剂在给药后15min起效,2h血糖下降百分数达峰值;对照的皮下注射胰岛素组在用药后1h血糖下降百分数达峰值。气雾剂用量增加,糖尿病大鼠血糖下降百分数无明显增加。结论 肺吸入胰岛素气雾剂有明显的降血糖作用。
Objective To observe the effect of pulmonary inhaled insulin aerosol on blood glucose in diabetic rats. Methods The model of diabetic rats induced by intravenous injection of alloxan was established. Glycine cholecalciferol and sodium cholecalciferate were used as absorption enhancers to make pulmonary inhaled insulin aerosol. After intratracheal intubation of diabetic rats, the blood glucose . Results The diabetic rat model was low insulin secretion. In the aerosol group with sodium glycocholate as an absorption enhancer, it started 15 min after administration and peaked at 30 min. The aerosol of sodium cholecalciferol as absorption enhancer started 15 min after administration, The percentage of blood glucose decreased peak; control subcutaneous insulin group 1h after administration of blood glucose decreased the peak percentage. Aerosol dosage increased, the percentage of blood glucose in diabetic rats did not increase significantly. Conclusion Pulmonary inhalation of insulin aerosol has a significant hypoglycemic effect.
