目前,我国已经进入人口老龄化快速发展阶段,社区养老逐渐成为重要的养老模式之一,单位制社区在市场经济的冲击下也逐渐开始转型。文章通过对西安四棉社区的老龄化特征、宜老设施现状等方面进行调查研究,认为单位制社区有向“宜老社区”转型的可能性。 At present, our country has entered a stage of rapid population aging. Community-based care has gradually become one of the most important forms of endowment care. Unit-based communities have also gradually begun to make changes under the impact of the market economy. Through the investigation on the characteristics of aging population and the status quo of Yilao facilities in Xi’an four cotton communities, the article thinks that there is a possibility that the unit system communities may transition to the “Yi Lao community”.
