老年养生,重在平和。一位百岁老人在总结自己的养生经验时有两点体会:一是动而不过,二是缓而不止。这两点,确是养生中的有益经验。“动而不过”是说老人健身一定要适度,运动量不要太大,以防伤身“;缓而不止”则强调健身动作要舒缓有度,持之以恒。如此,养生才可奥妙尽显,效果最佳。下面这些小动作,若您长期坚持,定会换来大健康。
