对52例糖尿病尿路感染细菌培养及药敏结果进行分析。结果 52例尿培养阳性,革兰阴性菌47例,占90.38%,其中大肠埃希菌占61.53%;革兰阳性菌3例,占5.77%;真菌感染2例,占3.85%。药敏结果显示对含β-内酰胺酶抑制剂的抗生素及亚胺培南仍有较好的敏感性。结论糖尿病合并尿路感染致病菌主要为大肠埃希菌,根据药敏结果选用合适的抗生素有利于感染的控制。
52 cases of urinary tract infection of bacterial culture and susceptibility results were analyzed. Results Of the 52 urine cultures, 47 were Gram-negative bacteria (accounting for 90.38%), of which Escherichia coli accounted for 61.53%, Gram-positive bacteria 3 (5.77%), and Fungal infection 2 (3.85%). Susceptibility results show that there is still good sensitivity to antibiotics and imipenem containing β-lactamase inhibitors. Conclusions The main pathogenic bacteria of diabetes mellitus and urinary tract infection are Escherichia coli. The selection of appropriate antibiotics according to the susceptibility results is helpful for the control of infection.
