【目的】观察经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗尿道闭锁的疗效。【方法】运用经尿道等离子电切术治疗本院42例外伤性尿道闭锁患者，测定术后拔尿管时及治疗结束时最大尿流率（M FR）。【结果】所有患者均一次手术成功打通闭锁，拔尿管后均能自主排尿，M FR（18．5±2．1）mL／s ，术后全部定期尿道扩张，3例术后3个月左右因排尿欠佳、尿道扩张效果不理想行二期等离子电切，术后继续定期尿道扩张，42例患者随访6～24个月全部治愈，治疗结束时平均M FR（20．5±2．7）mL／s ，无一例出现假道及尿失禁。【结论】经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗尿道闭锁安全、有效，值得推广。“,”Objective] To observe the efficacy of bipolar plasma kinetic transurethral resection for the treatment of urethral atresia .[Methods] A total of 42 patients suffering from traumatic urethral atresia in our hospital underwent bipolar plasma kinetic transurethral resection .The maximum flow rate (MFR) was meas‐ured immediately after removing the catheter and at the end of therapy .[Results] All the operation was per‐formed for unblocking at one time .All the patients got fluent urination immediately after the catheter removal with the mean MFR of (18 .5 ± 2 .1)mL/s .All the patients accepted periodic urethra dilatation after operation . Three patients underwent second plasma resection surgery and continuously regular urethra dilation due to poor urination and urethra dilation efficacy about 3 months after operation .All the patients were cured after 6~24 months of follow up .The mean MFR at the end of therapy was (20 .5 ± 2 .7)mL/s .No one had false urethra and urinary incontinence .[Conclusion]Bipolar plasma kinetic transurethral resection for the treatment is safe and effective ,so it is worthy of clinical promotion .
