目的 观察大鼠去卵巢 30 d时骨量、骨结构及血脂的变化。方法 17只 SD雌性大鼠随机分为 2组 :假手术组、去卵巢组。实验 30 d,处死大鼠取胫骨及血清 ,用骨计量学方法观察骨量和骨结构变化 ,并检测血清碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)、钙 (Ca)、磷 (P)、总胆固醇 (CH)、甘油三脂 (TG)。结果 去卵巢组与假手术组比 ,骨小梁面积和数量减少 (P<0 .0 1) ,骨小梁间隙增加 (P<0 .0 5) ;血液检验显示 AKP增加 (P<0 .0 1) ,CH增加 (P<0 .0 5) ,TG降低 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 本文结果显示 30 d去卵巢大鼠已出现典型的骨质疏松表现 ,伴有血脂的紊乱。
Objective To observe the changes of bone mass, bone structure and blood lipids in ovariectomized rats on the 30th day. Methods Seventeen SD female rats were randomly divided into two groups: sham operation group and ovariectomized group. At 30 days after operation, the tibia and serum of the rats were sacrificed and the changes of bone mass and bone structure were observed with the method of bone metrology. The levels of serum alkaline phosphatase (AKP), calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), total cholesterol ), Triglyceride (TG). Results Compared with the sham operation group, the trabecular area and number decreased (P <0.01) and the trabecular bone gap increased (P <0.05). The blood test showed that AKP increased (P <0. 0 1), CH increased (P <0. 05) and TG decreased (P <0. 01). Conclusions The results of this study showed that typical osteoporosis manifestations in 30-day-old ovariectomized rats were associated with dyslipidemia.
