目的建立酵母样菌微量鉴定法.方法用生化基质直接固化于聚苯乙烯凹孔条与纯化培养物35℃孵育24～48 h.结果 5株标准酵母样菌株的结果全部正确.107株临床分离的酵母样菌株经法国API-20C系统准确鉴定后,随机抽样用本法鉴定,两法鉴定结果总符合率为95.7%.结论该法操作简便、特异性好、结果判断准确,便于临床标本的常规鉴定.
