目的 探讨雷公藤多甙 (TⅡ)对炎症、变态反应和部分免疫指标的影响。方法 观察TⅡ 对大鼠急性、亚急性和免疫性炎症反应 ,Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型变态反应的作用 ,以及对小鼠抗体的产生、脾淋巴细胞增殖能力和T细胞亚群的影响。结果 TⅡ6 0、12 0mg/kg ,醋酸泼尼松 (pre) 10mg/kg能有效抑制角叉菜引发的大鼠足跖肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿 ;抑制大鼠Ⅲ型、小鼠Ⅳ型变态反应。TⅡ3 0mg/kg有效预防大鼠佐剂性关节炎继发性病变。TⅡ3 0、6 0、12 0mg/kg明显抑制小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化、降低血清溶血素水平 ,不同剂量间有一定的量效关系。TⅡ 6 0mg/kg使T细胞亚群中TS 细胞明显减少 ;TⅡ 12 0mg/kg ,对TH 以及TS 细胞均有抑制作用 ;Pre 10mg/kg以抑制TH 为主 ,使TH/TS 比值下降。结论 TⅡ 有较好的抗炎免疫抑制作用
Objective To investigate the effects of Tripterygium wilfordii (TII) on inflammation, allergic reactions and some immune markers. Methods To observe the effects of TII on acute, subacute and immune inflammatory reactions, type III and type IV allergies, as well as the effects on the production of mouse antibodies, spleen lymphocyte proliferation and T lymphocyte subsets. Results TII60 and 120mg/kg, prednisone acetate (pre) 10mg/kg can effectively inhibit carrageen-induced rat paw edema and cotton granuloma in rats; inhibition of rat type III and mouse type IV. allergy. TII3 0 mg/kg was effective in preventing secondary lesions of adjuvant arthritis in rats. TII3 0, 60, 120 mg/kg significantly inhibited spleen lymphocyte transformation and reduced serum hemolysin levels. There was a dose-effect relationship between different doses. TII 60 mg/kg significantly decreased TS cells in T cell subsets; TII 120 mg/kg had inhibitory effects on TH and TS cells; Pre 10 mg/kg inhibited TH and decreased TH/TS ratio. Conclusion TII has good anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects
