研究了国产GH220合金涡轮叶片经236小时台架试车后的表面渗层、基体组织与合金性能的变化。结果表明,该合金组织稳定、性能良好,1070℃等温热处理工艺合理。该合金尚有很大使用潜力。
The changes of surface layer, matrix structure and alloy properties of domestic GH220 alloy turbine blades after being tested on a bench for 236 hours were studied. The results show that the alloy has the advantages of stable structure and good performance, and the isothermal heat treatment process at 1070 ℃ is reasonable. The alloy still has great potential for use.
