大学生承受一定的心理压力,各种压力积累下来得不到及时释放,紧张情绪也未能找到很好的措施不能很好地松弛和发泄,势必造成大学生心理的压抑、不平衡,甚至扭曲。通过习练武术,使身体正常发育,为心理健康的发展提供坚实的基础,习练武术能直接地给人愉快和喜悦,并能降低紧张与不安,从而调节了人的情绪,改善了心理健康。文章就练习武术对大学生心理健康的影响进行探讨,提出相应的建议。
