目的探讨团体心理咨询改善民办高校大学生人际关系的效果。方法通过问卷和会谈筛选了16名学生作为实验组,从非心理学公选课班级抽取16名学生组成与实验组同质的对照组,实验组采取团体心理咨询的综合方法,进行了为期7周,每周1次的团体心理咨询。采用人际关系综合诊断量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)在实施咨询前后分别对两组成员进行评定。结果团体心理咨询前,实验组和对照组在人际关系量表和SCL-90的人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑3个因子的得分上并没有出现显著差异(t=0.000,0.332,-0.535,0.279;P>0.05);团体心理咨询之后,实验组在人际关系综合诊断量表上的得分较咨询前呈现极度显著差异(t=4.810,P<0.001),而对照组并未出现;团体心理咨询前后,实验组在SCL-90的强迫、人际敏感、焦虑和精神病性4个因子上的得分呈现显著差异(t=3.996,3.060,3.842,3.525;P<0.01),而对照组并未出现。结论在改善民办高校大学生人际关系上,团体心理咨询取得了非常显著的效果,是改善民办高校大学生人际关系和心理健康的有效手段。
Objective To explore the effect of group counseling on improving the interpersonal relationships among undergraduates in private universities. Methods Sixteen students were selected as the experimental group through questionnaires and talks. 16 students from the non-psychology elective class were selected as the control group which were homogeneous with the experimental group. The experimental group adopted the integrated method of group psychological counseling, , Once a week group counseling. The interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale and symptom self-rating scale (SCL-90) were used to evaluate the two groups before and after the implementation of the consultation. Results Before the group psychological counseling, there was no significant difference between the interpersonal relationship scale and SCL-90 interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety scores in experimental group and control group (t = 0.000,0.332, -0.535,0.279; P> 0.05). After group psychological counseling, the score of experimental group on interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale showed extremely significant difference (t = 4.810, P <0.001) before the consultation, while the control group did not appear; The scores of SCL-90 in forced, interpersonal sensitive, anxious and psychotic SCL-90 were significantly different (t = 3.996,3.060,3.842,3.525; P <0.01), while the control group did not appear. Conclusion In improving interpersonal relationships among college students in private universities, group counseling has achieved remarkable results, which is an effective way to improve interpersonal relationships and mental health of college students in private universities.
