测定不同施肥水平、不同生育时期植株地上部各器官氮素含量得出:秦油二号在整个生育期内植株含氮率呈下降趋势,氮素积累总量在初花期出现一个高峰,初花后有所下降,终花至成熟又略有回升。氮素在开花前主要分布于叶中,终花后则主要分布于角果和籽粒中。与常规品种相比,秦油二号植株体内氮素的转移率较高,单位产品对氮素的需求量较少.施氮水平对植株的含氮率、氮素积累总量及在各器官中的分布等均有明显的影响.
