RAPD technique was used to study the genetic relationship of 26 watermelon materials at home and abroad to construct the specific fingerprint of each material. Fifteen primers were screened out from 720 RAPD random primers for clustering analysis. The 26 materials were divided into six groups and one American ecotype, two intermediate ecotypes and one East Asian ecotype. 2 wild taxa. The RAPD-specific markers K14-1500 and N04-600, which were identified by Jingxin-1 hybrid purity, were successfully transformed into SCAR markers and applied to Jingxin-1 purity identification.
