教师是教育活动的组织者、领导者和实施者,在教育过程中起主导作用。教师素质是一种具有丰富内涵的概念,赋有无限的丰富性和多样性。产学研合作教育将理论学习与实践训练结合到一起,全面提高教师素质。本文首先分析了产学研和高职教育合作,以及合作项目的运行机制,然后对高职教师素质培养的现状进行梳理,最后结合黑龙江省高职教师和高职教育实际情况,提出基于产学研合作机制对教育教师素质培养建议。
Teachers are the organizers, leaders and implementers of educational activities and play a leading role in the education process. Teacher quality is a concept of rich connotation, endowed with unlimited richness and diversity. The cooperative education of production, study and research combines theoretical study and practical training to improve the overall quality of teachers. This paper first analyzes the cooperation between production, learning and research and higher vocational education as well as the operation mechanism of the cooperation project, and then sorts out the present situation of the quality cultivation of vocational teachers. Finally, based on the actual situation of higher vocational teachers and higher vocational education in Heilongjiang Province, Mechanism for Education Teachers’ Quality Training Suggestions.
