消化性溃疡出血是临床常见急症之一 ,内科药物止血疗效往往不很理想 ,目前急诊内镜治疗已成为首选的止血方法。 1997年 2月至 2 0 0 1年 3月 ,笔者采用内镜注射肾上腺素及内镜喷洒凝血酶两种方法治疗消化性溃疡出血 ,现将结果报告如下。1　材料与方法1 1　研究对象 :1997年 2月 Peptic ulcer bleeding is one of the common clinical emergency, the efficacy of medical drugs to stop bleeding is often not ideal, the current emergency endoscopic treatment has become the preferred method of hemostasis.
