目的研究外周血造血干细胞简化冷藏保存方法。方法：用ＩＭＤＭ、白蛋白、血浆三种不同保养液于４℃保存造血干细胞，分别在当天、第３至第６天测其存活率、ＣＤ３４阳性率及ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ集落形成能力。结果：造血干细胞保存在４℃以不超过７２小时为好；保养液以自身血浆及４％白蛋白为佳。
Objective To study the simplified method of cold preservation of peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cells. Methods: Hematopoietic stem cells were stored at 4 ℃ with three different maintenance solutions of IMDM, albumin and plasma. The survival rate, CD34 positive rate and CFU-GM colony formation ability were measured on the 3rd and the 6th day respectively. Results: Hematopoietic stem cells were stored at 4 ° C for no more than 72 hours; maintenance solutions were preferred for their own plasma and 4% albumin.
