目的探讨糖尿病患者的药学服务措施。方法分析90例患者的临床资料。结果药学服务前与药学服务后观察指标比较经统计学分析P<0.05,有显著差异性。结论药学服务充分体现医院药学的价值,满足患者对用药需求的要求,避免药品不良反应或药源性疾病的产生,是改善其用药依从性、有效控制血糖、减少病死率的关键。
Objective To investigate the pharmacy service measures of diabetic patients. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients were analyzed. Results Before the pharmacy service and after the comparison of the pharmacy service index by statistical analysis P <0.05, there are significant differences. Conclusion The pharmacy service fully reflects the value of hospital pharmacy, meets the patients’ demand for medication, and avoids the adverse drug reactions or drug-induced diseases. It is the key to improve drug compliance, effectively control blood sugar and reduce mortality.
