一、前言为了保证轧钢产品的质量,目前,往往根据有关规范及合同,从产品上切取一定数量的试样,按标准加工完毕再用各种试验机进行破坏性试验,最后作出材质好坏的评价。该方法存在下列问题: (1)因为大部分产品都能满足于规范,所以上述工作在很大程度上得不偿失; (2)截取试片,损失了很多好材料;’ (3)从事取样,机加,破坏性试验等项工作需要大量的人力。
