利用扫描电镜对大蒜花序上的两种繁殖器官——花和珠芽,及苞片等器官的发生顺序和发育规律进行了观察.按照器官发生规律,可将其个体发育过程划分为营养生长期、成花转化期和花序发育期.在花序发育期中花可以发育成正常形态.珠芽在花发育之后产生,与苞片有密切关系.讨论了珠芽的来源和本质,以及大蒜个体发育和系统发育的特殊性
Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the order of occurrence and development of two kinds of reproductive organs such as flower and bead bud and bracts in garlic inflorescence. According to the law of organ occurrence, the process of individual development can be divided into vegetative growth stage, flower transformation stage and inflorescence development stage. Flowers can develop into normal morphology during inflorescence development. Beads bud after flower development, and bracts are closely related.
