专业伦理素养是幼教工作者素质结构中不可或缺的重要组成部分,相关高校应开设有关专业伦理素养的课程。本文从课程性质、课程内容和教学方法、课程的外部支撑三方面比较了两岸高校有关专业伦理课程发展的差异,同时深入思考了大陆高校该如何进一步改进专业伦理课程与教学的问题。
Professional ethics education is an integral part of the quality structure of preschool education workers. Relevant colleges and universities should set up courses on professional ethics education. This article compares the differences of professional ethics curriculum development between universities and colleges across the Taiwan Strait from three aspects: the nature of the curriculum, the content of the curriculum and the teaching methods, and the external support of the curriculum. At the same time, the thesis deeply discusses how to further improve the professional ethics curriculum and teaching in the mainland universities.
