目的:分析比较枳实、枳壳中辛弗林和挥发油含量,探讨两者功效差异的原因。方法:采用反相离子对高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定辛弗林含量,色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(5μm,200mm×4.6mm),流动相:甲醇-磷酸二氢钾溶液(取磷酸二氢钾0.6 g,十二烷基磺酸钠1.0 g,冰醋酸1 mL,加水溶解并稀释至1000 mL)(50∶50),流速:1 mL·min-1,柱温:25℃,检测波长为275nm。以《中华人民共和国药典》法测定挥发油含量。结果:枳实中辛弗林含量明显高于枳壳,而挥发油含量则是枳壳高于枳实。结论:枳实和枳壳药材有效成分(辛弗林和挥发油)的含量存在明显差异,是导致其功效差异的原因之一,临床处方应区别应用。
Objective: To analyze and compare the contents of synephrine and volatile oil in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Fructus Aurantii, and discuss the reasons for their difference in efficacy. Conclusion: The contents of the active ingredients (synephrine and volatile oil) of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Fructus Aurantii have significant differences, which is one of the reasons leading to their difference in efficacy. Clinical prescriptions should be distinguished from each other.
