From October 13 to October 14, 2003, Mr. Gao Dezhu, executive vice chairman of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, Mr. Song Jiang, general manager of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Recycling Resources Company and Mr. Wang Jitian, Secretary General of Recycled Metal Branch of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, came to Zhejiang Taizhou City to carry out research. Gao Dezhu and his entourage inspected the construction of Taizhou Renewable Resource Processing Park and conducted field investigations of some large-scale renewable resource processing and dismantling processing enterprises.
